He is survived by: his wife Arlene Hull; his children, Todd Hull of Welch, OK, Tina Hull Jones (Calvin) of Chetopa, KS, Tommy Miller (Christine) of Bernice, OK, Donnie Miller of Welch, OK, Jackie Miller (Ashley) of Welch, OK, Michael Miller (Rhonda) of Anderson, MO and Michelle Turley (Scott) of Rogers, AR; and his sister Sharon Heimerman of Chetopa, KS. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
