She is survived by: her parents, Cyril Yates and Delia Hallum Yates; her spouse Claud Smith; her sons, Greg Smith (Connie) of Medford and Ron Smith of Medford; her grandchildren, Stephanie Smith of Edmond and Austin Smtih of Medford; and her sister-in-law Betty Martin (Bill) of Weleetka.
The family has suggested memorial donations be made payable to either the Medford Methodist Church, Community Health Center in Wakita or SPCA with Stittsworth's coordinating.
