He was loved and cherished by many people including: his aunt Kathlene; his parents, Mickey Rhea and Joan Rhea of Medford; his brother Chris Foster; his friend Jana Boyer of Medford; his brother Kenneth Rhea (Lisa) of Tonkawa; his wife Deresa Rhea; his children, Makayla Dawn Howard Shed, Andrea DeAnn Rhea, Aerin Elizabeth Rhea, Millie JoAnn Jamison, Abbalynn Kathleen Rhea and Mickey James Rhea; and also Abbalynn Kathleen. He was also cherished by eight brothers- and sisters-in-law; fourteen nieces and nephews; three grandchildren and two pets.
