She is survived by: her brother John Wesley; her son Allen J. DeLay; her daughter-in-law Marilyn of Mt. Vernon; her son Robert E. DeLay; her daughter-in-law Gayla of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Brad DeLay (Cathy) of Mt. Vernon, Jason DeLay of Miami Florida, Melissa Billings (Chris) of Gardner, Defawna Sanchez of Henderson, Misty Hill (Matt) of Edmond Oklahoma and Kevin DeLay of Tulsa, Oklahoma.; her great grandchildren, Heather Rice (Zack) of Mt. Vernon, Christopher DeLay of Springfield, Abby DeLay of Springfield, Jenna DeLay of Mt. Vernon, Cole Billings of Lawrence, Caeley Billings of Gardner, Gabriella Bolanos of Edmond, Jaclynn Bolanos of Edmond, Olivia Ebner of Henderson, Charlotte DeLay of Tulsa and Florence DeLay of Tulsa; her great great grandchildren, Emma, Harper and Aubrey Rice of Mt. Vernon, Missouri.; and also, Leona, Evalyn and Vivian.
