He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Butkiewicz and Virginia Evelyn Butkiewicz. He is survived by: his significant other Roswitha Maria Bleistein; his children, Jasmin Cochran (William), Thomas Bleistein (Birgit) and Sonja Lewis (Vincent); and his grandchildren, Nicole Cochran, Madison Cochran, Tom Bleistein, Bradley Thompson and Jordan Wells.
