He was predeceased by: his parents, H. W. "Doc" Lum and Ethel 'Rhea' Lum of Boxelder, TX; and his brother Mack Lum of Annona, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Diannah Lum of Marlow, OK; his grandchildren, Chris Whiteman (Sarah Whiteman) of Marlow, OK, Rebecca Whiteman and Melinda Whiteman of Marlow, OK; his great grandchild Andrew Whiteman of Marlow, OK; his siblings, Harold Lum (Norma Lum) of Whichita Falls, TX and Ann Upchurch (Charles Upchurch) of Boxelder, TX; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Lum of Annona, TX.
In Lue of Flowers Earl asked that donations be made to the Salem Cemetery, Compassion Clinic, and/or the Lupus Foundation.
