He is survived by: his wife Betty Fails; his sons, Curt Fails of Mangum and Craig Fails (Sandra) of Lawton; his grandchildren, Micah Gautreaux (Taylor) of Dallas, Angie Lindsay (Zack) of Mangum and Caleb Bull of Oklahoma City; his great grandchildren, Avery, Harper, Sawyer, Addison and Jaxon; and his siblings, Cleb Fails (Peggy) of Shawnee and Sherry Avery (Danny) of Mangum. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and close friends.
