He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Sheetia Tozer of Locust Grove, Mandy Quantie of Locust Grove, William Lee Monroe, Jr. (Keitha) of Texas, Ronnie Dean Monroe of Utah and Brian Dickenson of Locust Grove, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Yolanda Robinson, Sarina Robinson, Caleb Robinson, Hannah Person, Sean Monroe, Kayla Dickenson and Abby Dickenson; his great grandchild Kanen Person; and his siblings, Jackie Monroe of Chelsea, Paul Monroe (Shirley) of Salina, Johnny Monroe (Wathena) of Centralia, Oklahoma, Naomi Grayson (Mike) of Nowata, Jewel Antle (John) of Hominy, Rosie Barber (Mary Williams) of Humansville and Garrey Bass of Locust Grove, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
