She is survived by: her daughter Susan Johnson (Donnie) of Pryor, Oklahoma; her grandson Jeremy Hooker (Julie) of Pryor, Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Carolyn 'Sissy Hooker of Salina, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Dana Springer, Ami Cook, Josh Hooker, Tim Hooker, Donnie Johnson, Jr., Codi Hooker-Carver and Tyler Hooker-Carver; her great grandchildren, Trenton Hooker, Corey Vance, Caiden Hooker, Michael Cook, Kyler Hooker, Keira Hooker, Angelina Cook, Rainey Hooker, Claire Hooker, Cambree Hooker, Ava Springer, Braylon Johnson, Rylan Johnson, Noah Michael Nierbuhl and Cooper Hooker; her great great grandchild Adaline Hooker; and her brother Bob Foster (Carrolyn) of Locust Grove, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
