She is survived by: her sons, Butch Cunningham (Trish) of Lindsay and Richard Dale Cunningham of Stratford, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jason Cunningham (Sue Ann) of Lindsay and LaShay Butler (James) of Maysville, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Kayden Cunningham, Tommy Cunningham, Addison, RheaLynn Foster, Colton Butler, Hayden Butler and Jaxon.
