She was predeceased by: her mother Nora Belle Cox (Hunt); her husband Everett Wayne Gregory; her father Bud Cox; her siblings, Chester Cox, Lester Cox, Bee Cox, Virgie "Put" Engle, Odelia Martin and Othelia Remy; and her great grandchild Brecken Wayne Jeffrey.
She is survived by: her children, Reta Hayes (Dennis), Larry Gregory (Shirley), Alfred Gregory (Pam) and Terry Gregory; her grandchildren, Kees Campbell, Robbie Williams, Levon McCoy, Logan Kanaugh, Hale Deviney, Doc Gregory, Lauren Jeffrey, Kaleb Trammell, Kale Ezell and Jason Hayes; her great grandchildren, Cason Kanaugh, Creed Kanaugh, Cole, Isabelle Deviney, Aiden, Gavin, Paisley Williams, Addison Jacobs, Kassin Habson, Molly Hayes, Khloe Harley, Lloyd McCoy and Grace McCoy; and her sisters-in-law, Loretta Gay, Lou Ila Jenkins and Helen Cox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
