He is survived by: his wife Kathi; his daughters, Laci Walker (Ricky) of Lindsay, OK. and Kali Medellin (Max) of Lindsay, OK.; his grandchildren, Taylor Hughes, Kamryn Wallace, Jerry Knox Medellin, Samuel Kash Medellin and Cayce Walker; his parents, Leli and Meador of Norman, OK; his parents-in-law, Mary and Jerry Lacy of Lindsay, OK.; his siblings, Carole Bucher (Mark) of Ada, OK and Joe Meador of Oklahoma City, OK; and his siblings-in-law, Shawn Classen of Fairview, OK and Lauri Howell (Leslie) of Lindsay, OK. He is also survived by his family and friends.
