She was predeceased by: her significant other Curtis Hayes; her parents, Trig Tomlinson and Anna Tomlinson; her parents-in-law, Jake and Gladys Hayes; her siblings, Bill Tomlinson (Pat) and Judith Johnson; and her nephews, Travis, Todd Tomlinson and Greg Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Block (Tommy), Lisa Taylor (David), Connie Badertscher (Tommy) and Curt Hayes (Gina); her grandchildren, Brianne Bray (Jeff), Shelby Linford (Mike), Erin Mainka (Justin), Tyler Block, Cole Hayes, Parker Hayes, Steven Block and Gregory Block; her great grandchildren, Easton Bray, Annaston Mainka and Knox Linford; her brother Geary Tomlinson; her nephews, Trig Tomlinson and Brant Tomlinson; and her niece Stacey Johnson. She is also survived by several sisters and brothers-in-law.
