He was predeceased by: his parents, Hurbert Ray Loper and Dollie Mae Loper (Cox); and his sisters, Lena Mae Loper, Lou Loper and Sue Loper.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Louise Loper (Pfieff); his children, Lynn Schiemann of Maysville, Jo Dawn Rothhammer (Paul) of Broken Arrow, Don Sherrill (Tabitha) of Maysville and Tricia Hibbard (Bryce) of Lindsay; and his brothers, Ray Loper of Pauls Valley, A. C. Loper (Connie), George Loper of Elmore City, Claude Loper, Jessie Loper, Junior Loper and Edward Loper.
