He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hines and Sue Hines (Bond); his brothers, Fred Hines, Richard Hines and Mike Hines; his son Danny Allen; and his granddaughter Marrisa Newson.
He is survived by: his children, Shenia Hines, Denise Perry, Ciji Galle, Ricky Hines, Shaun Morris, Joed Hines, Daniel Hines, Alexi Hines, Kevin Hines, Mathias Hines, Kaylee Hines and Kelleina Hines. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
