He was predeceased by: his parents, Remus Abbott and Lola M. Dameron Abbott; his wife LaWanda; and his grandson Phillip Martin. He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Martin (Larry) and Carolyn Miller (Rick); and his sister Mary Barton. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight great-granddaughters, four great-grandsons, and numerous extended family and friends.
