He is survived by: his wife Sandra J. Blair; his children, Robyn Blair (Patty Jo), Amanda Green (Michael), Geneva Strouse (Christopher) and Kevin Jones (Twana); his son-in-law Brent Ernst; and his sisters, Elva Ferguson and Karen Fisher.
