He was predeceased by: his parents, Linda Herin and Bobby Bailey. He is survived by: his siblings, Starla Bailey, Kimberly Bailey, Larry Bailey and Tommy Bailey; his children, Justin Bailey (Kylee) and Brandy Bailey; his close friend Shirley Stafford; his grandchildren, Trevor Butler, Joslynn Bailey, Hunter Bailey and Emily Butler; and his significant other Shirley Stafford.
