He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Johnson and Myrtle Johnson (Fjeld); his son David Jr.; and his grandson Daultn Dickerson. He is survived by: his wife Marlys Anderson; his daughter Bunny Morris; his granddaughter Brenda Miller; his siblings, Larry Johnson (Mae) and Kathy Johnson; and his brother-in-law Ronald Anderson. He is also survived by one child And numerous nieces and nephews.
