She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Ervin and Addie Susan "Gorrell" Findley; her siblings, Lorene Lasiter, Lucille Johnson, Marjorie Francis and Ervin Findley Jr.; and her husband Otis M Shields.
She is survived by: her son Charles Lynn Shields (Mary Ann) of Shawnee; her granddaughters, Stacy Engle of Shawnee and Leslie Lemmon (Mark) of Celina; her great grandchildren, Keagan Engle, Chase, Rylee Lemmon and Jenny Cypert (Tony Gibson) of Ada; and also, Mason and Charlie (Connor Carroll). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
