He is survived by: his sons, Blake (Hannah Holloway), Dalton Holloway of Tahlequah, Caden Holloway (Liu Longton) of Norwich and Jesse Holloway of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Lily Holloway of Tahlequah, Mason Holloway of Tahlequah and Blake Holloway Sr. of Oologah, Oklahoma; and his mother Tammy Copeland Holloway of Park Hill.
