He was predeceased by: his father Calvin J. Kelley. He is survived by: his mother Kay L. Kelley (Fisher); his son Ryan Kelley; his daughter-in-law Darla; his granddaughter Elyse; his children, Calvin Kelley and Kaylee Milligan; his sisters, Michelle Bilgrien (Todd) of Jenks and Rhonda Frederick (Junior) of Okmulgee; his nephews, T. J. Bilgrien, Eli Bilgrien, Ethan Bilgrien and Shane Frederick; and his niece Traci McClain. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters.
