It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Jocille Pittman of Kansas, Oklahoma, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Powel Tye and Sarah Belle 'Martin Tye; her husband Steven Pittman; her siblings, Perry Reagan Tye, Jay Howard Tye, Sherilyn Luper and Charles Tye; and her sister-in-law Janey Tye.
She is survived by: her daughter Mindy Pittman; her grandchildren, Kassidy Pittman, Cody Galyean of Gravette, Arkansas and Corey Galyean of Fayetteville, Arkansas; and her siblings, Joy Sue Sorum (Rene) of Kansas, Roger Tye (Kaye) of Leach, Janeen Burgess (Jim) of Kansas and Mike Tye (Martha) of Kansas, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
