She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Luper of Oklahoma, Russell Luper of Johnson City, TN, Boyd Luper of Taft, OK, Rodrick Luper of Kansas, OK, Dwight Luper of Gentry, AR, Mark Luper of Texarkana, TX, Cathy (Danny Kingfisher) of Salina, OK and Holly (Ron Hardin) of Strickler, AR; and her siblings, George Blair of Catoosa, OK, James Blair of Kansas, OK, Valeeta Weber of Salida, CO and Diane Garmin of Flint Creek, OK. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
