He was predeceased by: his parents, Nettie Jorgensen (Shaner) and Harold Jorgensen; and his siblings, Maxine Legg, Estaline Skeen, Marilyn Siler and Harold Lloyd Jorgensen.
He is survived by: his spouses, Elaine Neer and Sydney Kay; his children, Julie Nix (Patrick) and Steve Jorgensen; and his stepchildren, Harvey David Self (Mary), Kenneth Self and Kathy Flowers (Calvin). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
