He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Fowler and Edna Fowler (Anderson); his wife Alice Shelman; his son Daniel Fowler; his siblings, Darline Smith and Marion Fowler; and his grandson Joshua Baird.
He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Wetzel (Mike) of Lincoln; his grandson David Baird of Lincoln, Arkansas; his sons, Gary Fowler (April) of Tulsa, Randy Fowler of Kansas, Bob Fowler (Brenda) of Tahlequah, Mike Fowler of Grove, Louis Fowler of Texas and Jerry Fowler (Rocky) of Flint, Oklahoma; and his brothers, Ken Fowler of Richmond and Doug Fowler of Claremore, Oklahoma. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
