He is survived by: his son Timothy David (Deborah); his daughter-in-law Lori Underwood (Walters); his grandchildren, Rebekah Lynn (Underwood), Matthew Prichard, Rachel Leann (Underwood), Tyler Norris, Sarah Anne (Underwood), Coby Spear, Paul Andrew, Mackenzie Underwood (Castle), Alyssa (Underwood) and Cody Butts; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Sophia Spear, Alexandria, Evelyn Grace Prichard, Thomas John, Sadie Underwood and Blake Butts.
