He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Harmon James and Thelma Lee James (Kilburn); and his siblings, Leon James, Edna Mae Bennett, Lila Faye Morgan and Jacqueline Martha Brummett.
He is survived by: his sons, Todd Preston James of Niceville, FL and Anthony Bryan James (Jenny) of Bixby; his sister Yvonne "Bonnie" Hyams of Broken Arrow; and his grandchildren, Lauren James, Tomas James and Riley Collett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives.
