She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray C. Dean and Lois N. Dean (Phillips). She is survived by: her husband Don Ratliff; her children, Scott Winters (April) and Shelby Woodward (Larry Joe Swaggerty, Jr); and her grandchildren, Kyle Sherrill of Jenks, Ryann Woodward of Tulsa, Afton and Avery Shell (Winters) of Broken Arrow.
