He is survived by: his wife Colleen Gale Bail (Burdick); and his children, Rachel Hannon of Atlanta, Georgia, Sean Bail (Holly) of Atlanta, Georgia, Holly Smith (Ron) of Atlanta, Georgia, Rick Kruse (Nancy) of Sapulpa, Oklahoma, Chris Kruse (Carrie) of Crestview, Florida and Becky Vaughan (David) of Vera, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
