He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Osborn and Hazel Osborn (Hoel); and his sister Wanda Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Ola Edith Honeycutt; and his children, Thomas H. Osborn, Jr. (Tonja), Robin Osborn (Crystl) and Leisa Chivers (Mark).
