He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawson D. "L. D." Stevens and Willie Mae Stevens (Warren); and his brother Gary Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Janie Conder; his children, John David Stevens, Jeff Stevens (Scott) and Sandy Hindman (Brian); his grandchildren, Colton, Jordan, Dakota Stevens, Brock and Brianna Hindman; his siblings, Jimmy Stevens, Darrell Stevens (Sherry), Linda Detrick, Tareca Conder (Jim), Donna Adams (Daniel) and Debbie Adams (James); and his niece Robin Nordman (Melvin). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and extended family.
