He was predeceased by: his parents, James Paul Rouse and Laura Geraldine Eskew (McKay); and his siblings, Paula Holland and Herb Rouse. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Rouse; his children, Shelly Renee Scullawl (Butch) and Michael Paul Rouse (Kelli Megan); his grandchildren, Rylee, Maddox, Ella and Addie; and his brothers, Jim "Lefty" Rouse (Beverly) and Bill Rouse (Diana).
