He is survived by: his wife Thelma (Tiger); his daughters, Jana Root (David) of Claremore, Becky Stocker (Greg) of Sand Springs and Heather Hewitt (David) of Catoosa; his grandchildren, Megan McElroy (Codi) of Claremore, Jacob Hammerlein (Arin) of Claremore, Chase Stocker (Tynea LaCosta) of Tulsa, Emma Hewitt of Catoosa, Maddy Keeley of Tulsa, Craig, Hope Root of Bluejacket, Katie Herd (Trent) of Bluejacket, Ryan, Sam Root of Claremore, Tyler and Tally Root of Claremore; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Grace McElroy of Claremore, Lizzie Dawn, Brayden, Natalie Herd of Bluejacket, Weston and Aiden Root of Claremore; his siblings, Ruth Ann Collins (Doyle) of Prattville, Leroy Johnson, Jr. (Deborah Richardson), Donnie Johnson of Wagoner, Chester Johnson (Le'Ann Scantlen) and Jerry Dean Johnson of Wagoner; his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Johnson of Broken Arrow and Teresa Moore of Wagoner; his siblings, Eileen and Terry; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Goldie Faye Pearson; his uncle Elmer; his aunt Janet Good; and his nephew Tyler Lumberjack Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
