He is survived by: his children, Heaven, Debbie, Denny, Pat and Kathy; his wife Nina; his daughter Kristen; his granddaughter Kimberly; his niece Kelli; his sisters, Barbara and Linda; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Amanda, Barrett and Alex; and his great grandchildren, Haleigh, Jackson and Luke.
