He is survived by: his mother Nola Faye Cook (Prater) of Houston, TX; his children, Mindy Ryder (Greg) of Hutchinson, MN, Wendy Waycasey Barker of Sarasota, FL and Cody Dean Cook (Brandi) of Lane, OK; his sister Tereasa Allen (Mark) of Houston, TX; and his grandchildren, Ciaran Waycasey, Channing Barker, Destiny Cook, Siarrah Cook, Ashly Kleespie, Amanda Kleespie, Nick Misch, David Misch, Tabitha Nelson, Lacey Ryder and Valerie Ryder. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
