He was predeceased by: his parent E. E. Bell; his wife Penny Jean Fisher; his daughter Jean Michelle Bell; and his siblings, Shirley Bullard, Ted, Wayne and David Bell.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Amanda Bell) of Eakly and Matthew Bell of Lawton; his grandchildren, Valoncia, Kason, Zianne Bell and Drayk Wright; and his siblings, Sammy, Kenneth Bell, Ann Tipps, Pam Marburger of Henderson, Sandi Ekholm of Texas and Penny Mohnkern of Minnesota. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
