He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvis West and Alta West (Hunt); his stepmother Jesse Mae Rempel; and his sister Marilyn Brown. He is survived by: his wife Arline Marie Lewis; his children, Bryan West of Hinton, OK and Brenda Murphy of Hinton, OK; his grandson Cody Thornton of Edmond, OK; his children, Taver, Tinzlee, Kyson and Kase of Elk City, OK; and his siblings, Ronnie Blackwell (Wanda) of Hot Springs, AR and Cheryl Houston (Clyde) of Las Vegas, NV.
Allen's family requests that donations be made in his memory to First United Methodist Church, 222 W Market, Hinton, OK 73047 or to Traditions Healthcare and Hospice, 1623 Cypress Dr. Weatherford, OK 73096.
