He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith; his daughter Shelli Hembree (Bud) of Haskell; his grandchildren, Shaun Hembree (Laura) of Haskell and Kelsey Kruckeberg (Jeff) of Jenks; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Asher, Abigail, Gwendolyn Hembree and Cooper Kruckeberg; and his siblings, Sue Cox (Del) of Haskell and Josh Hallum of Muskogee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
