He is survived by: his children, Melody Sullivan (Tommie) of Tulsa, Lana Cooper (Steve) of Arkansas, Gary Fultz (Roxanne) of Claremore and Jim Fultz of Haskell; his grandchildren, Jimmy Cooper, Candace Gulisao, Corey Cooper, Sara Young, Joshua Fultz and Nathan Fultz; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Koen Gulisao and Jack Cooper; his siblings, Don Fultz of Wyoming, Charles Fultz (Ruth) of Little Rock, Margaret Mosteller of Muskogee and Joann Roberts (Bill) of Broken Arrow; and his son Benny. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
