He is survived by: his wife Judy Foster of Aurora; his children, Robert Foster (Jennifer) of Escondido and Jamie Ballard (Linden) of Crane; his grandchildren, Chloe Payton (Kaleb) of Beaufort, Hayden Ballard (Ashlyn Rinehart) of Springfield, Taylor Ballard, Jasmine Ballard of Crane, Teague and Logan Foster of Escondido; and his great grandchild Ivy Diana Payton of Beaufort. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
