She was predeceased by: her parents, John F Miles and Mary Kathryn Miles (Piatt); and her former husband Larry Winningham. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Tullis (Holly) of Grove, OK and Kathy Tullis Floyd (Chris) of Owasso, OK.; her husband Gary R Forshee; her brother David Miles of Webb City, MO; and her grandchildren, Kayla Rogers, Bailee Bronson, Allison Coleman, Cameron Floyd, Caden Floyd and Chelsea Yearout. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
