He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Phillips; his sons, Darin and Craig Higginbotham; his grandson Dustin Harp; and his siblings, Larry Higginbotham, Bob Higginbotham and Sharon Largent.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Haibon; and his children, Kimberly Laughlin (Kendall), Jim Wallis (Christy), Crystal Lewis (Jerry) and Kelly Conant (Tom). He is also survived by 5 granddaughters, 6 grandsons, 17 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
