He is survived by: his wife Bevelyn Perrigo; his children, Tammy Perrigo, Susan Rose and Andy Perrigo; his stepdaughters, Karen Hennum (Tim) and Kristi Trimbath; his grandchildren, Jordan, Abbi, Sharon, Tre, Matti, David and Danielle; and his great grandchild Senna McKinley. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
