He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Combs and Jeanette Combs (Sutterfield); his wife Sandra Alexander; his children, Gary Combs Jr. of California, Donell Horner of Kansas, Alexis "Nay Nay" (Grant Austin) of Fairland, Bailey Jones-Combs of Grove, Hunter Hargis of Grove, Ashlyn Alexander and Jasmine; and his brother Darin Combs. He was also cherished by two nieces, one great niece, one great nephew, and six grandchildren.
