He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Dale Willoughby. He is survived by: his mother Jackie Sue Reynolds; his wife Mindy Willoughby; his daughters, Carley Hudzik (Cody) and Andrea Willoughby; his sister Treina Sue Reid; his grandchildren, Lily, Addlyn Hudzik and Keston Willoughby; his daughter Cassie Davis (Justin); his grandson Braxtin Davis; his stepmother Kathryne Willoughby; and his pet Sam. He is also survived by his family and friends.
