He was predeceased by: his father Leo Carlile (Pacy); his brother Ricky Long; his uncles, Bob Long and Clifton Long; his aunt Donna Bryant; his cousin David Long; and his grandparents, Maude, Carl Long, Leo and Pearle Tarrant.
He is survived by: his mother Patty Long (Tarrant) of May; his children, Brandie Platte of Edmond, Trent Long (Alyssa) of Gage, Shelley Long of Enid and Kalie Goodwin (Briley) of Woodward; his grandchildren, Karli, Madison, Hunter Platte, Mason Force, Preslee and Parker Goodwin; and his brothers, Troy Long (Kelly) and Casey Long. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
