He is survived by: his wife Lorine Kay Gregory; his sons, Shannon Bozarth of Tulsa, Oklahoma, David Bozarth (Desirae) of Gage, Oklahoma and Rickie Bozarth (Marcie) of Beaver, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Alvie Watts (Robert) of Missouri and Rick Bozarth of Gage, Oklahoma.
