He was predeceased by: his parents, W. H. "Dink" and Annie Matthews Scroggins; his wife Mary Nell Brooks of Lula, OK; and his siblings, Leon Scroggins, Eual Scroggins and Clarissa Nickerson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Kreis and Leslie Molina (Joe); his grandchildren, Corbin Kreis (Ashley), Leslie Dawn Strange, Emily Calise (Greg), Ben Molina (Dana) and Ryan Molina; and his siblings, Dellie Scroggins (Christine), Carlus Scroggins and Clara Hooser. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
