It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Neill of Francis, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sherman Lewis and Thelma Lewis; her husband Tom C. Neill; her son Kenneth; her granddaughter Pamela; her son Thomas L. (Mirtha); her grandchildren, Celeste Rozacky (Trent), Lauren Neill, Adam Neill (Sarah), Rebecca Reese (Kyle), Jessica Collins (Zach) and Gillian Neill; her great grandchildren, Colt, Violet, Benjamin, Payton, Jace, Gracie, Paislee, Barrett and Judson; and her son Brazosport (Phyllis). She was also cherished by Her parents, all three of her siblings and many beloved relatives and friends.
